A Funeral Ceremony is an unfortunate fact of our life, and of course needs to be presented as the solemn occasion that it is.
It need not be all sadness and sorrow though, and there needs to be a part of the Ceremony that allows us to Celebrate the life of the dear departed one.
Conducting a Funeral Ceremony needs special attention to detail, and I'm happy to sit down with you and learn all about your loved one and the things about him or her that you would like to be said during the ceremony.
On the not so brighter side of life, I can help to celebrate a loved one's passing by ensuring that I obtain as much information as possible on the life and times of your dearly departed, in order to make a nice eulogy.
If your dear departed is a Returned Serviceman and you need an experienced bugler to play The Last Post etc as part of the RSL section of the service then please click HERE for some contact details.
Now and then, people who are fans of that good old Dixieland Jazz wish to have a small jazz band to play before or after the ceremony in the style of the New Orleans Jazz Funerals. If this appeals to you, then please click HERE for some contact details.
Yes, a funeral is a sad and solemn occasion but it is also a time to reflect on your loved one's life.
What did they do? Where did they go? Who did they meet along the the way?
You may want to include a slide show with photos from your loved ones early days right through to their later years. The decision is yours.
I'm happy to prepare all that with you, and organise the order of the ceremony for family members and friends to come forward and make their contribution by speaking about the loved one.
