Made with Xara I believe it is very important for you to know a little bit about me. After all, if you choose me as your celebrant you will need to feel comfortable with me! I am a happily married mother of 4 children ranging in age from 23 down to 12. I live in the Macarthur region of Sydney - growing up in Green Valley. Due to my upbringing and my wonderful parents, I have been taught not to discriminate - regardless of your age, race, where you live or your gender, I treat everyone as equal. In fact one of my favourite sayings is “ We are all tarred with the same brush!” I started my training as a Marriage Celebrant in April of 2007. Having to wait until September 2008 for my appointment by the Attorney Generals Department , I decided to officiate at Naming services. Then in August of 2007 I completed my training in Funeral Celebrancy. Sadly my mother was very ill with cancer and during the last week of her life in January of 2008 she asked if I would do the eulogy at her funeral service. I wasn’t sure I could, but I did - and after that I just knew that I could do anything! So here I am, January 2011 and almost 800 ceremonies later, I am enjoying my job and my life! My only regret is that I didn’t become a celebrant earlier!
